There will be no refunds for monthly payments if the service is not cancelled before the day the customer is charged. The customer will only be refunded if they are charged after their cancellation is confirmed.

Any cancellation requests must be received by email at [email protected] at least 7 working days before the corresponding monthly registration charge. Cancellations may not be confirmed if they are received less than 7 days before the corresponding monthly payment and the customer will not receive a refund without a confirmation of cancellation.

One-time payments for services will not be refunded under any circumstances.

For any service that includes an AAF Certification, any cancellation request prior the certification exam will be considered three months after the email request was received in order to cover the fees incurred with the french fencing academy.

No refunds for services that include an AAF Certification will be given after the exam is taken.
